What did I think of the shortlived, “Firefly” series?

1×01 – Serenity -10

1×02 – The Train Job –9

1×03 – Bushwhacked-7

1×04 – Shindig – 9 (This was a really great episode for Mal; showed how Mal feels about Inarra)

1×05 – Safe – 8 (Really showcased what Simon gave up by taking on )

1×06 – Our Mrs. Reynolds – 9 (I really enjoyed the character of Saffron; More with the Mal/Innara relationship which I love)

1×07 – Jaynestown – 8 (Really showed the humanity of the guns-blazin Jayne)

1×08 – Out Of Gas – 10 (My favorite episode of the series)

1×09 – Ariel – 9 (Whereas Jaynestown showed how human Jayne was, this showed how dark Jayne could be)

1×10 – War Stories – 8 (Really brought to life the Mal/Wash/Zoe triangle)

1×11 – Trash – 9 (I loved the return of the Saffron/Bridget/Yolanda character; one of my fave recurring characters)

1×12 – The Message – 8.5 (I love the funeral scene at the end)

1×13 – Heart Of Gold – 9 (You really see that Innara has feelings for Mal)

1×14 – Objects In Space – 9 (Pretty good episode, but leaves something to be desired as it does end abruptly)
